Boxwood Hill Combined Sports Club
Story
Hi everyone!
Support us in our efforts as we take part in Pink Sports Day for Breast Cancer Network Australia.
We will be turning pink this Mother’s Day weekend (11–12 May 2013) to pay tribute to local women and their families who have been affected by breast cancer.
We invite you all to a day out at Boxwood to raise funds for the BCNA there will plenty of PINK everywhere with all sports being played during the day followed with a lovely meal bought to you by the hockey club followed with entertainment for all!
In the target set there are some people willing to shave off their hair-
But only if the target is hit!
At $2000 Naomi Hall will shave her hair down to a number 3
Also at $2000 Sam Lunn & Karl Ford will be getting their chest hairs waxed off
At $3000 Damo (Poddy) Clayton will shave the hair down to number 3 and beard right off
Then at $5000 Kate Davis will shave off all her hair down to number 3
When we get to the big $7000 Jenna Lester will be shaving hers as well!!
BUT it doesnt stop there when we hit the big $10000.00 Fiona lester will shave her hair off as well
BUT the fun doesnt stop there, The big ruckman from Jerry, Jayden Brooks, will be taking the feild with bright pink hair once the target hits $1000
So if you want to see these people lose the lot (or change their hair colour), share this page and get donations in and be at Boxwood on Saturday the 11th May 2013 to see it all happen
It’s a cause close to our hearts.
Every day, 40 women will be told they have breast cancer and 7 women will sadly be lost to the disease. Your money will go towards providing support to women with quality information, treatment and care.
As we start to count down to our Pink Sports Day, we’re inviting our biggest fans to cheer us on and to dig deep to help us reach our personal fundraising goal.
Every dollar counts so please help us make a difference with a secure online donation, big or small – just click on the ‘Donate’ button on the side. You will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt via email.
Breast Cancer Network Australia receives 100% of all donations.
Thank you for supporting our Pink Sports Day!
